As she held her new schedule and walked through the cramped halls of West Brook High, she walked to her classes side by side with her best friend. It was a new year and it was going to be different, she could feel it. His bronze colored hair that had swirled with shades of golden brown complimented mine and yet, it was always more beautiful. He was always more beautiful. His perfect hair shimmered in the sunlight that bathed the room with its rays. The bright light left a comfortable glow around me.
